Additionally included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
